LEDAÍR provides complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $399, with shipping costs for orders below this amount calculated at checkout.

Please note that, due to the premium quality of our materials and craftsmanship, all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This policy helps us maintain the high standards of our products and ensures that every item meets our quality expectations for our valued customers.

Pre-Ordered Shipments:

US & Canada Shipments:

All US and Canadian orders are fulfilled from our Los Angeles warehouse by UPS. You will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number once your package has been shipped. Kindly note that delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and some rural destinations may take up to 10 business days from the time of dispatch.

International Shipments:

Delivery in 3-5 business days
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by stock availability, customs delays, or other unexpected circumstances. All international orders are traceable through DHL.com

Order Status:

You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped, with either UPS or DHL tracking number.

Tax:

Sales tax is applied to your order in accordance with individual state and local regulations. If your order is being shipped to a country that is not in the table below, you may be subject to import fees and duties upon delivery.

Damaged Package:

If any item is missing from your order or arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@ledair.com , and no later than 3 days after delivery. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, we kindly request that you provide photos of the package and its contents as received, if available.
